User Help Desk

Service is important to us, which is why we are continuously improving our offers step-by-step. In addition to the direct, tried and tested contact through our sales and service staff at each location, we have set up a structured, central hotline service for you over the last several months.

We call it our "User Help Desk". The personnel at our User Help Desk are there for you throughout various countries to respond to your individual questions with individual solutions. It doesn’t matter whether you are a customer in the north, south, east or west.
